Terms.
circ turns a proven ad and your offer into a finished direct-response video ad. You are charged only for ads that pass review and ship.
What you are paying for
A finished, on-spec video file and the receipt that documents how it was checked. Every ad is reviewed before delivery. A job that fails review is not delivered, is not charged, and does not consume your free ad — you get the named defects back instead. Prices are quoted per ad before you approve the spend; approving the lock is the authorization to charge.
Every account gets one finished ad and one revision free. Both are consumed only by a job that passes.
What circ guarantees, and what it does not
circ guarantees production readiness: the ad is finished, on-spec for the format you asked for, and reviewed against the checks in your receipt. circ does not guarantee media performance. Nothing here is a promise about clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition, or platform approval. Ad platforms apply their own policies and can reject or disable any creative for reasons outside circ's control.
What you are responsible for
- Rights to what you send. Reference ads, product images, brand assets, and offer claims are yours to use. Do not send material you do not have the rights to.
- The claims in your offer. circ writes to the offer you provide. Whether that offer is legal and substantiated in your vertical is on you — regulated categories especially.
- Where the ad runs. Compliance with each platform's advertising policies is yours once the file is delivered.
- Your API key. Anything called with it is billed to you. Rotate it if it leaks.
What circ will not make
Ads that impersonate a real person or business, that make claims a jurisdiction forbids, or that a review gate names as non-compliant for the vertical. Refusals return reasons and cost nothing.
Ownership
You own the finished ads circ delivers to you, and the material you send stays yours. circ retains its software, its review process, and its models.
Limits
Accounts have daily caps on remixes and orders. Service is provided as-is while in pilot, without an uptime commitment.
